By using TributeFamily (TributeFamily.com) you agree to these terms.
Your content
You own what you add to a memorial. You give us permission to store it and show it on the pages you publish. You promise that you have the right to share the text and photos you add, and that you are not posting anything that is false, hateful, unlawful, or that harms others or shares private details of living people without permission.
Acceptable use
- Use the site to honour and remember people with respect.
- Do not upload illegal content or try to break, overload or misuse the site.
- We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Tributes
Visitors can leave messages and flowers on public pages. You can approve or delete them. We may remove tributes that are abusive or spam.
Plans and payments
- Your first memorial is free.
- Paid plans are a one-time payment. They give you the number of memorial pages and the family page shown on the pricing page.
- “One time” means for as long as TributeFamily is running. We do not promise that the service will run forever, and we will give notice if we ever plan to close it, so you can save your pages.
- Prices are launch prices and may change for new customers.
30 day demo and refunds
You can try the paid features for 30 days. Because of this, payments are not refunded. Please use the demo before you buy.
Availability
We work to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. Please keep your own copies of important photos and texts.
Limit of responsibility
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-data damages, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
