Questions about pricing
Is it really free?
Yes. Your first memorial page is free, with photos, life story, timeline, tributes and flowers. You only pay if you want more pages and a family page that joins them together.
What does “family page” mean?
A family page is one shared page that brings the memorials of your family together, like a family tree you can open and walk through. Each person keeps their own memorial, and the family page links them all.
Do I pay every year?
No. Paid plans are a one-time payment, not a yearly subscription. “One time” means for as long as Tribute Family is running.
Can you build the page for me?
Yes. Send us the details (names, dates, a few photos and the story) and we will build it for you. The Ultimate Family plan includes setup of 5 pages.
Who can see my page?
You choose: public, private (only you), or unlisted. You can change it at any time. Tributes and flowers from visitors wait for your approval before they show.
Can I print it or share it?
Yes. Every memorial can be printed or saved as a PDF, shared on WhatsApp, Facebook and email, and has a QR code that you can put on a card or a grave marker.
Is there a free trial of the paid features?
You can try the paid features for 30 days. Because the plans are a one-time payment, please try before you buy; payments are not refunded.
