Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This page explains what TributeFamily (TributeFamily.com) collects, why we collect it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms from abuse. We also remember your editing session. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Google Analytics (optional)

We do not add Google Analytics ourselves to your memorial. If you choose to enter your own Google Analytics ID in the page settings, Google’s measurement script loads on your public page for visitors, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to that data. You can remove the ID at any time.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see what

You decide whether a memorial is public, private or unlisted. Public pages can be found by search engines. Tributes appear on the page only after you approve them.

Payments

When paid plans are used, payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.

Keeping and deleting

You can delete a memorial at any time from your dashboard, which removes its page, photos and tributes. To delete your account, write to support@tributefamily.com.

Children

TributeFamily is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
